You will source top IT talent, interview technically, and guide offers through closing, all within a flexible remote environment. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT recruitment, deep IT knowledge, and a proven track record of building robust talent pipelines while collaborating with dispersed

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT recruitment with a track record of placing technical candidates.
• Deep knowledge of IT tech stacks, languages, and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Experience supporting global client bases in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across software, data, cybersecurity, and cloud roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using social networks, direct outreach, and talent communities.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the closing process.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and maintain talent pipelines.
• Provide market insights and salary guidance for IT roles.
