Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote workforce. This role lets you leverage extensive recruitment expertise from home while managing key client accounts and driving talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in recruitment consultancy focused on executive or senior-level placements.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and KPIs.
• Strong remote communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles for multiple clients.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive and active candidates globally.
• Maintain consultative relationships with clients and understand talent needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to clients.
