• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in niche IT roles.
• Proficiency with technical recruitment platforms, Boolean search, and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a remote setting, supporting clients nationally.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-demand technology roles, working remotely.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized tech talent.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and potential.
