Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong specialization in engineering roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for niche engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, aerospace, software).
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly organized, self-disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
