Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering recruitment with senior placements.
• Proven success on international, remote mandates.
• Strong network of engineering professionals globally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering roles worldwide.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Build and nurture a global network of engineers.
• Lead interviews and technical assessments to gauge skills.
• Manage client relationships and understand project needs.
• Provide market intelligence on engineering talent trends.
• Negotiate offers and guide process to onboarding.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
