The role requires deep expertise in reservoir behavior, well performance, and production optimization, delivered from a home office.

You will analyze complex subsurface data, develop innovative solutions, and provide expert technical guidance to asset teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 8 years of subsurface engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Expertise in reservoir simulation and production forecasting.
• Proficiency with industry-standard subsurface software.
• Strong analytical and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integrated subsurface studies encompassing geology, reservoir engineering, and production.
• Develop and manage reservoir models to predict performance and support field development planning.
• Optimize production rates through well interventions, artificial lift selection, and enhancement techniques.
• Analyze well test data and production logs to understand reservoir connectivity and fluid flow.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and production maximization.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide expert technical advice to operational teams.
