Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in petroleum engineering, with a focus on reservoir management and performance.
• Proficiency with reservoir simulation software and production data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of reservoir fluid properties, rock mechanics, and reservoir drive mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor reservoir management plans to ensure optimal production and recovery rates.
• Analyze reservoir performance data, including production rates, pressures, and fluid properties, to identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct material balance calculations and perform decline curve analysis to forecast future production.
• Evaluate and recommend strategies for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and improved oil recovery (IOR) techniques.
• Collaborate with geologists and drilling engineers to integrate reservoir data into field development plans.
• Prepare technical reports, economic evaluations, and presentations for management regarding reservoir performance and strategies.
