Placements24 seeks a Senior Production Engineer to join a remote global operations team focused on optimizing oil and gas production from existing wells and fields. You will analyze production performance and implement best practices for maximum efficiency and economic viability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in upstream production engineering.
- Strong knowledge of production equipment, surface facilities and wellbore dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily production data, identifying trends and investigate deviations.
- Develop and implement strategies for artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps).
- Conduct well performance analysis including rate transient analysis and decline curve analysis.
- Identify opportunities for production enhancement projects such as workovers and recompletions.
- Collaborate with reservoir and drilling engineers to ensure integrated field development.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to production operations.
