Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects from a home office, coordinating distributed teams and ensuring on-time delivery with effective resource management.

You will create detailed project plans, manage budgets and risks, and communicate progress with stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools. Extensive experience in Agile or Waterfall and strong remote leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Project Management, including remote or distributed teams.
Experience leading complex projects independently in remote environments.
Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Slack, Zoom).

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects, aligning with strategic objectives.
Develop detailed project plans with scope, resources, budgets, and risks.
