Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation initiatives. You will drive change, manage multi-disciplinary teams across time zones, and shape how the organization leverages new technologies to improve processes and customer experience.

This strategic leadership role requires delivery excellence, strong communication, and a proven track record with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of progressive project management experience.
• At least 4 years focused on digital transformation or large-scale IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with measurable impact.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, project plans, and KPIs for digital initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a remote, multi-time-zone environment.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and risk management for digital programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement andEffective communication across levels.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes with change management and training.
