The role offers autonomy and exposure to remote-first processes. You will leverage ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines, conduct rigorous assessments, and advise clients on market compensation trends.

About the Role

Our client, a leading global recruitment consultancy, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to spearhead their Technology recruitment efforts, operating entirely remotely. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of technology roles, including senior and niche positions. Build and nurture strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and talent acquisition challenges. Provide expert market intelligence on tech talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices. Collaborate with remote colleagues globally to share insights and best practices. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance. Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and tools to optimize search and engagement processes. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of technology recruitment.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a significant focus on the technology sector. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for specialized tech roles (e.g., Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, AI/ML Specialists, Network Security Analysts). Exceptional understanding of the technology landscape and current industry trends. Demonstrated success in managing senior-level technology searches. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to a remote setting. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa and comfortable working fully remotely.
