About the Role

Our client, a highly reputable recruitment consultancy, is looking for a seasoned Remote Senior Recruiter to join their fully remote team, servicing clients nationally. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing complex hiring needs across various industries. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates, building talent pipelines, and ensuring successful placements. Operating from a remote location, ideally near Klerksdorp , you will utilize your advanced sourcing techniques and relationship-building skills to meet the challenging demands of our diverse client base. This is an ideal role for a proactive and experienced recruiter seeking autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from junior positions to executive leadership.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key client accounts and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific requirements and provide market insights.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter , with a strong track record in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
