Placements24, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is expanding its remote workforce and seeks an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to service clients primarily in the Klerksdorp region from anywhere. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, use advanced sourcing techniques, interview and assess candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate ATS records.

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is expanding its remote workforce and seeks an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to operate from anywhere, servicing clients predominantly in the Klerksdorp region. This role is essential for building and nurturing relationships with employers, understanding their talent needs, and executing sophisticated recruitment strategies. As a fully remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from your preferred location while contributing to a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and fit.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
• Provide expert consultation and market insights to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Substantial experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar client-focused role.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and sourcing technologies.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
