Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate development or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex development projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market trends, zoning, and construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development opportunities with market and feasibility analysis.
• Oversee all phases from site acquisition to construction and handover.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and allocate resources for on-time completion.
• Negotiate contracts with developers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with investors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for senior management on status, risks, and financials.
