The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate investment, portfolio management, and leadership, with the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative remote culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Master’s degree or designation (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in real estate investment, portfolio/asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement real estate investment strategies to maximize portfolio value and returns.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage and oversee performance of a diverse real estate portfolio (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
• Prepare financial reports, investment appraisals, and performance reviews for senior management.
