You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial viability and control throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging advanced digital tools for remote collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.

• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and final account settlements.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., SACQSP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
