Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Lead Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives in a fully remote-first environment. This senior role requires strong leadership to guide project teams, define roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of high-impact programs.

You will foster a culture of accountability among remote contributors, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver transformative solutions aligned with the company's vision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role leading PM teams.
• Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably remote.
• Expertise in PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for a portfolio of complex projects.
• Lead and mentor PMs and coordinators in a remote setting.
• Develop and implement robust PM frameworks and best practices.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and quality across projects.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
• Champion continuous improvement within PMO.
