Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives from anywhere. You will direct virtual teams, define scope, milestones, budgets, and governance while keeping stakeholders aligned across regions.

Experience with distributed teams, PMP, and 8+ years in project management is required; strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in project management, with a significant track record in remote or distributed team leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects from initiation through to completion in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and closure of significant projects utilizing remote team structures.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage virtual project teams, ensuring clear communication and high engagement.
• Manage project budgets effectively, overseeing expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and dependencies inherent in remote project delivery.
• Provide regular, comprehensive status updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
