Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical operational initiatives within a distributed, fully remote organization. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure on-time delivery across geographies from your home office.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing remote teams, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management with large operational projects.
• Extensive experience managing remote teams and distributed environments.
• Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience budgeting and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for operational improvements.
• Lead cross-functional, remote teams through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among virtual team members and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
