Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years as a Project Manager, preferably remote.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, and allocate remote resources.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to minimize disruption.
Facilitate virtual meetings and maintain clear communication across time zones.
Use PM software and collaboration tools to track progress and ensure transparency.
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
