Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years progressive civil engineering experience.
• Pr Eng registration is mandatory.
• Ability to lead complex remote projects and teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large-scale civil infrastructure projects remotely.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams from a distance.
• Oversee project planning, resources, and risk management.
