A strong PM track record and leadership are essential for success in a flexible, remote environment. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience including 5+ years in PM roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in PM roles.
• PE designation is desirable.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership and remote teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of diverse civil engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Oversee design and engineering processes ensuring technical integrity.
• Manage risks, issues, changes with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with remote teams, contractors and stakeholders globally.
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout all phases.
• Monitor progress, provide status reports and manage client expectations.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and clear communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations across sites.
