Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is a prerequisite.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management, delivering large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Leadership and remote-team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, execution, and closeout of major civil infrastructure projects (roads, water, earthworks).
• Manage project teams across disciplines in a remote setting.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and contract administration.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycles.
• Act as primary contact for clients, contractors and authorities; ensure clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks; provide status reports to management and clients.
• Champion best practices in project management within a remote-first model.
• Utilize PM software to enable seamless remote operation.
