The role requires a Master's in Chemical Engineering and 6+ years of experience in process optimization, with strong communication and remote collaboration skills. You will mentor junior engineers and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years in process engineering with emphasis on optimization.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and simulation tools.
• Proven track record of significant process improvements.
• Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and reaction engineering.
• Excellent remote collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization projects across multiple sites.
• Use data analytics, SPC, and simulation to identify improvements.
• Develop strategies to improve yield, throughput, energy efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site engineers and operations teams to adopt best practices.
