You will drive continuous improvement, manage the operations budget, and ensure compliance while partnering with technology and product teams to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations and supply chain management, with emphasis on e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing remote teams.
• Proven track record in designing and scaling complex operational processes for high-growth companies.
• Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies for fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to support global e-commerce growth.

This fully remote position requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in supply chain management, process optimization, and team building in a distributed environment. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing efficient, cost-effective, and scalable operational strategies to support our expanding business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing large-scale projects, and leading high-performing remote teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to support global e-commerce growth.
