Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto), and load balancers.
• Implement and manage network security policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN solutions.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve network incidents promptly.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Provide expert remote technical support for complex network-related issues.
• Collaborate with systems administrators, security analysts, and application teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering and security.
• Mentor junior network engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, MPLS, and other routing and switching protocols.
• Proven experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise-grade network hardware from major vendors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to network troubleshooting.
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP) are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
