The ideal candidate has a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and expert CAD/FEA skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, ANSYS/Abaqus). Strong communication and remote collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects with CAD/FEA expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end mechanical design processes for new products and enhancements.
• Perform advanced analysis (FEM/CFD) to optimize performance and reliability.
• Create detailed specifications, drawings, and manufacturing docs.
• Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams via virtual tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and mitigate design risks throughout development.
