The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong CAD/FEA skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and a proven ability to work independently with remote colleagues.

You will document designs, support manufacturing, and contribute to continuous improvement in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in mechanical design with a proven track record of delivered projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems using advanced 3D CAD software and simulation tools.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis (stress, thermal, vibration) to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues across disciplines via digital platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications and test reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues with innovative solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes in a remote environment.
