Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Strong materials science, thermodynamics and mechanical principles knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with remote work capability.
• Experience with project management and delivering complex projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex mechanical systems using CAD software.
• Perform advanced FEA and CFD simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and product development to ensure feasibility and optimize production.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including specs and test procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during prototype testing and production.
