Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Solid understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and delivering results in a remote work environment and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems, from concept through to production.
• Conduct rigorous FEA simulations and stress analyses to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, in a remote setting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues encountered during product development and manufacturing.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
