- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of innovative process improvements and system enhancements.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop business cases and feasibility studies for major re‑engineering projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and cross‑functional teams on Lean Six Sigma best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic operational objectives and align engineering efforts.
- Stay abreast of emerging industrial engineering trends and technologies.
