Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Lead Industrial Engineer for a fully remote leadership role. You will spearhead the design and implementation of advanced industrial engineering strategies across the organization, driving improvements in efficiency, productivity and cost management while leading a team of engineers and mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with business objectives, drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
8+ years in industrial engineering; 2+ years in a leadership role.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational change.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Exceptional remote communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of industrial engineering strategies and projects to optimize operations.
Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers.
Oversee the design and implementation of lean manufacturing systems, process improvements, and workflow optimizations.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to set operational goals and KPIs.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
Present findings, recommendations, and project progress to executive stakeholders.
