Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• Minimum 7 years of professional geotechnical experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software and geotechnical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and interpret geotechnical investigations and site characterization.
• Perform slope stability, settlement, foundation, and seismic hazard analyses.
• Develop geotechnical reports and design recommendations for subsurface structures.
• Provide remote expert consultation to project teams and clients.
• Review designs for earthworks and foundations and ensure code compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers within a virtual team.
