Placements24 seeks a Senior Civil Engineer with a Geotechnical specialization for a fully remote role handling infrastructure projects nationwide. You will assess soils, design foundations, slope stability, and earth retaining structures from a remote location.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in geotechnical work, Pr Eng with ECSA, and expertise in PLAXIS, SLOPE/W, SEEP/W, delivering detailed reports and collaborating with project teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• 10+ years of geotechnical investigation and design experience.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Proficiency with PLAXIS, SLOPE/W and SEEP/W.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and interpret lab tests.
• Perform design analysis for foundations and slope stability.
• Develop recommendations for retaining structures and earthworks.
• Prepare high-quality geotechnical reports and specs for remote delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to integrate solutions.
• Oversee and review junior geotechnical engineers remotely.
