Placements24 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a fully remote team in the financial services sector. The role focuses on building advanced financial models, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support executive decisions from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Tableau, or Power BI. A master’s or CFA/CPA is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational impact on financials.
• Evaluate new business initiatives and potential mergers or acquisitions.
• Monitor key metrics and report performance against targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
