Ideal candidates have 6+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel/SQL/BI skills, and experience with SAP/Oracle. This remote role offers flexible hours and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI skills.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) and FP&A tools.
• Excellent remote communication and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial trends, identify drivers, and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and provide analytical support.
• Prepare reports on budget versus actual performance, highlighting variances and causes.
• Support the annual budgeting process with accuracy and alignment to objectives.
• Evaluate financial implications of new initiatives and strategic projects.
• Streamline and improve financial reporting processes using advanced tools.
• Present findings clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
