The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, advanced Excel/VBA, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CA(SA)) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting for key business metrics.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, long-range planning, and investment appraisals.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and executive summaries to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial operations and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
