Placements24 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to strategic financial planning and performance analysis from a fully remote setup. The role focuses on building sophisticated financial models, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Bloomberg/FactSet/Power BI. This remote role offers flexibility and opportunities to influence fintech finance strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related quantitative field.
CFA charter or CPA qualification is a strong plus.
5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and financial modeling.
Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation.
Analyze financial data to identify KPIs, trends, and drivers of profitability.
Prepare detailed financial reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decisions.
Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and understand operations.
Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Evaluate investments and opportunities through financial modeling.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
