You will provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for cutting-edge industrial equipment, working autonomously from a home office. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues via remote access, performing preventive maintenance, on-site work when required, and delivering remote training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or similar role in industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools, software, and video conferencing platforms.
• Strong understanding of network connectivity and IT infrastructure relevant to industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (for occasional on‑site requirements).
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
