Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Exceptional understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems relevant to the equipment.
• Proficiency in using remote access tools, diagnostic software, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills.
