Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Senior Facilities Engineer to support expanding Oil & Gas operations with a fully remote role serving assets near Port Elizabeth. You will design, operate, maintain, and ensure integrity of production facilities, while meeting safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Experience in project management, asset integrity, and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning of new production facilities and modifications.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure asset integrity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions for facility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor performance and technical support for facility-related activities.
