• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in well operations engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Experience planning and executing complex drilling, completion, and intervention operations.
• Thorough understanding of well control principles, equipment, and procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, adaptable to a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute drilling, completion, and workover programs to meet project objectives.
• Develop detailed well execution plans, including equipment selection, logistics, and personnel requirements.
• Manage and supervise on-site operations remotely, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and performance targets.
• Conduct risk assessments for well operations and develop mitigation strategies for potential hazards.
• Oversee the procurement of services and equipment, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
