Qualifications
- 5+ years as a chef in event catering or fine dining.
- Experience in recipe development and menu costing.
- Strong HACCP knowledge and food safety practices.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration.
- Ability to create detailed instruction manuals and guides.
- Interest in remote-first logistics.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize menus for remote delivery with shelf-life in mind.
- Oversee recipe testing and refinement for end-user ease.
- Create detailed meal-kit prep and plating guides.
- Collaborate with procurement for quality and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure culinary content is clear and brand-aligned for remote audiences.
- Provide remote training materials for kitchen staff and partners.
