Placements24 is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Remote Catering Chef to lead our culinary team. This fully remote role involves overseeing menu creation, recipe development, and quality control for a global clientele from your own kitchen or affiliated facility.

You will collaborate with event planners and operations managers via digital platforms to ensure culinary excellence aligns with client expectations and operational feasibility.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Catering Chef.
Ability to lead remote culinary teams with clear guidance.
Experience with global cuisines and creative catering menus.
Experience with menu costing and sourcing high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

Lead development of innovative catering menus for a global clientele.
Create detailed recipes, plating guides, and prep instructions for remote teams.
Oversee quality control of culinary outputs, ensuring consistency and taste.
Collaborate with event planners and logistics teams for timely execution.
Conduct virtual taste tests and client consultations to refine menus.
Manage food cost control, inventory and sourcing strategies.
