Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, preferably with culinary or hospitality events, or in a remote coordination role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, chefs, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of virtual and hybrid culinary events, including chef bookings, ingredient sourcing, and participant communication.
• Develop engaging content and interactive elements for online culinary experiences, ensuring a high level of participant engagement.
• Manage participant registration, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote upcoming culinary experiences and drive participation.
• Maintain and update databases of chefs, suppliers, and event materials, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during virtual events, providing prompt support to participants and hosts.
