Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Menu Innovation Chef to lead menu development and culinary strategy for diverse food service clients. This fully remote role focuses on ideation, recipe development, costing, and market-driven concepts delivered entirely online.

You will collaborate with clients via virtual meetings, test and refine dishes, and ensure quality, safety, and profitability. A culinary degree and at least seven years of progressive experience in menu design are required;

Competenze

• 7+ years in progressive culinary roles focused on menu development and innovation.
• Proven track record of commercially viable menu items.
• Strong knowledge of global cuisines and dietary needs.
• Excellent recipe writing and costing skills; food photography is a plus.
• Strong presentation and virtual client communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SA food service landscape; Polokwane, Limpopo is a plus.
