Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our fully remote sales team. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting large enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth across regions.

The role requires consultative selling, strong leadership, and a track record of closing multi-year contracts. As a remote-first organization, you will collaborate with a dispersed team, travel only for occasional in-person client meetings if needed, and participate in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with multi-year deals.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets.
• Expertise in consultative selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed enterprise quotas.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Develop strategic account plans for target enterprises.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos.
• Build relationships with C-level executives.
• Collaborate with SDRs, SEs, and CSMs for a seamless journey.
• Forecast opportunities and maintain CRM records.
