Placements24 is seeking a Senior Electrical Infrastructure Engineer for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical infrastructure design, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and proven leadership to guide large-scale projects globally.

You will design, analyze, and oversee power generation, transmission, and distribution systems, collaborating with international teams while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in electrical infrastructure design and project management.
• Expertise in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Proficient with ETAP, PSS/E, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and safety regs.
• Experience leading multi-million dollar projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design of large-scale infrastructure projects like power plants and substations.
• Develop comprehensive designs, schematics and specs using CAD and simulation tools.
• Perform load studies, fault analysis and power quality assessments.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources remotely.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Oversee technical reviews of proposals, designs, and construction docs.
