Qualifications

• Proven expertise in power systems, distribution networks, and high voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical infrastructure solutions including power distribution, substations, and control systems.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and load analyses to inform design decisions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard software.
• Oversee tendering for electrical components and construction services; evaluate bids for technical compliance.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with SANS, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with remote project teams, contractors, and regulators.
• Manage project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and close-out documentation.
