Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure development to join their team on a fully remote basis. You will lead planning, design, and execution of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including power generation, transmission, and distribution systems, while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems or infrastructure.
• 10+ years of experience in design and management of electrical infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of high-voltage equipment, power system protection, and grid integration.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software (PSS/E, ETAP) and project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, suitable for remote management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-voltage electrical infrastructure, including substations and transmission lines.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load forecasting, and power system planning for new developments.
• Prepare detailed engineering specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the procurement, construction, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure components.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with government bodies, utility companies, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
